Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. If NIPPON POWER® does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. Wheels and tires, which have been mounted, are not returnable. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. A RA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused.

A (RA#) Return Authorization Number must be issued before returning product. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact NIPPON POWER® within this time period to be eligible for a return. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days after date of invoice. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED on ignition systems, computers (ECU), any electrical items, bulbs, lighting accessories, software, internal engine components, fuel pumps, special orders and custom orders. Wheels returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
